Use of the Site

The Site provides information about our technology, fintech, and managed services, and lets you request an insurance quote that we arrange through licensed insurance brokers. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, introduce malicious code, or scrape or harvest data without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false or misleading information.

Services and Separate Agreements

Information on the Site, including descriptions of services, frameworks, and indicative pricing, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or a binding quote. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and such an agreement regarding services, the separate agreement controls.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to B&B Global Services LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal, informational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent. Third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

Submissions

If you submit information through the Site (for example, via our contact form or assessments), you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We handle such information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Messaging Terms (SMS/Text)

By providing your phone number through the Site (for example, on our insurance quote request form or contact form) and agreeing to the consent disclosure presented with the form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from B&B Global Services LLC about your request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Types of messages you may receive. Insurance quote follow-ups and quote details, requests for information needed to complete your quote, appointment and call scheduling or reminders, replies to questions you send us, and status updates about the request you submitted. We do not send unrelated marketing texts to numbers collected this way.

• Message frequency varies depending on your request and your interactions with us.
• Msg & data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will confirm your opt-out and send no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@bnbglobal.net or +1 (603) 930-8272.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network conditions, and we cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered or delivered on time.
• Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Insurance quotes and coverage are provided through licensed insurance brokers we partner with. B&B Global Services LLC is not an insurer, and nothing on the Site is an offer of insurance or a binding quote.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B&B Global Services LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts, unless otherwise agreed in a separate services agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
